Refund policy

All our products are digital files that you can download right after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned like a physical item, we do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.

If something is wrong with your file, we will make it right. This applies if:

• the file does not open or is damaged;
• you received a different file from the one you ordered;
• the file contains a mistake on our side.

In these cases, email us at minddigger11@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps). We will send you a corrected file, and if we cannot fix the problem, we will refund your payment.

We do not offer refunds if:

• you changed your mind after downloading the file;
• the file was printed at the wrong size or was not mirrored before printing;
• you are not happy with how your own painting on glass turned out.

If anything is unclear or not working, just write to us and we will gladly help.
