Terms of service

These Terms apply to your use of the Leadline website and to all purchases made in our store. The store is operated by Pavlo Tsinivskyi, 4 Labunskoho St, Rivne, Ukraine. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

We sell digital templates for faux stained glass. You receive files to download; no physical product is shipped. Colors on your screen and in printed results may differ slightly from the product images.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received. We may cancel an order and refund it if we notice a pricing error or suspect fraud.

3. License to use the files

When you buy a template, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use it to create your own pieces. You may not resell, share, give away or upload the files (in original or edited form) anywhere, or claim the designs as your own. All designs remain the property of Leadline.

4. Online editor

Our free editor lets you change the text and mirror your file before printing. It is provided "as is". Please check your file carefully before printing; we are not responsible for printing costs or materials used on a file you did not check.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

6. Safety

Painting on glass involves paints, outliners and glass. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for all materials and handle glass with care. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by the materials or tools you use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. This does not take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
